At Wine Made Easy, we are 100 per cent focused on your credit card security.

When you place a wine order or access your account information from the website, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with a 128-bit certificate. The SSL software encrypts all information transferred between our web server and your computer and is the most powerful level of encryption currently available for commercial websites. We do not store your credit card information.

You can be absolutely confident that your credit card details are secure when you purchase from Wine Made Easy.

You must be over 18

Australian law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. You will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and supply your date of birth when you become a Wine Made Easy customer. It is a condition of purchase from us that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are aged 18 years or over, we will not process your order.

At Wine Made Easy, we make sure that every case of wine is despatched in perfect condition.

Sorry - It's not possible to pick-up your order. Wine Made Easy can only deliver within Australia.

Liquor License

Liquor sold on our site is on behalf of Wine Made Easy Pty Ltd. Therefore your contract of sale is with Wine Made Easy Pty Ltd, Liquor License No. 36114336.

The sale of liquor pursuant to the offer to purchase from this website is made at our licensed premises attached to license serial number 36114336. Accordingly your offer to purchase is subject to acceptance of your certification and evidence of you being over the age of 18 years, the availability of stock and the liquor which is the subject matter of your offer being ascertained and appropriated at the above mentioned licensed premises.

All prices of Wine Made Easy wines include GST. To the very best of our knowledge, all product information is correct at the time of promotion. All transactions processed by this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Customer Service Policy

Wine Made Easy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Wine Made Easy Returns Policy

We do our utmost to ensure that every wine we offer on Wine Made Easy is great quality.

We taste test and thoroughly research all wines we offer to ensure that it is of the best quality and value. We taste a lot of wine to get these offerings out!

However, there are occasions when, no matter how good a wine is, a wine is faulty. If after tasting 2 bottles (yes you need to taste 2 just to be sure) you believe a wine you have purchased from Wine Made Easy to be faulty, please contact us via customerservice@winemadeeasy.com.au - and we will sort it out!

Wine Made Easy are happy to accept returns from our members provided the following guidelines are met: The member should contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the delivery to authorise the collection of goods and must be able to supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to complete the task. We will then designate the task to a carrier, requesting for goods to be collected and returned. The designated carrier will then make arrangements by phone with the customer for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have the order details on the outside of the carton. The wines will be collected by the assigned carrier. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Wine Made Easy, the cusomter account will be credited.
