However, there are occasions when, no matter how good a wine is, a wine is faulty. If after tasting 2 bottles (yes you need to taste 2 just to be sure) you believe a wine you have purchased from Wine Made Easy to be faulty, please contact us via customerservice@winemadeeasy.
Wine Made Easy are happy to accept returns from our members provided the following guidelines are met: The member should contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the delivery to authorise the collection of goods and must be able to supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to complete the task. We will then designate the task to a carrier, requesting for goods to be collected and returned. The designated carrier will then make arrangements by phone with the customer for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have the order details on the outside of the carton. The wines will be collected by the assigned carrier. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Wine Made Easy, the cusomter account will be credited.
