This case is 6 bottles of two classic Gartner Family Vineyards wines.  Both wines have benefitted from significant time in the bottle and are at their very peak now. 

Full, ripe berry flavours and a velvet finish are hallmarks of a Restdown Merlot. Even in its youth, this wine is being enjoyed with game and charcuterie or matched with any roasted meats. Superbly balanced with french oak, this wine will also cellar well until 2013.

This is a grand classic Cabernet Sauvignon, critics love it, Halliday 94 points, Oliver 91 Points.  We love it more!  An excellent wine from former Wynns Coonawarra Estate Chief Winemaker Peter Douglas.
