Shiraz from only the best vineyards is used each vintage to produce this unique wine. Made without the use of any preservatives (sulphites) this wine displays ripe blackberry/plum Shiraz fruit with a hint of oak.

The wine is made using modern winemaking techniques with strict oxygen control (exclusion) and bottled young to retain fruit freshness and cellar well. Regarded as the best preservative free wine in Australia the wine will age like a normal medium bodied dry red table wine and become rounder and softer with age. Awesome value at this price.
