Another outstanding wine from the multi-award winning Briarose Estate. The best fruit from the estate was selected to produce a very limited quantity of this premium Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve wine. The wine has a very deep, rich colour with a bouquet of ripe, minty cool area Cabernet, underpinned by high quality French oak showing characters of polished leather and cedar. The palate is quite rich with mocha and chocolate like flavours combining with sweet ripe fruit. The finish is one of considerable length with firm persistent tannins. Attractive drinking now or will reward long term cellaring.
