The colour is light straw, with a bouquet displaying fresh Jonathon apple and hints of yeast autolysis from the secondary fermentation. The palate is bright and lively showing peacherine and Granny Smith apple flavours, integrated with hints of freshly baked bread. The finish is long, crisp and clean. Fantastic value for money!
